                         "Life was meant to be happy." wrote Neale Donald Walsch

                in his book called Happier Than God. Indeed, how could it be any
                other way? Surely, fears, anxieties and depression is not our natural
                state. Yet 1 in 4 will suffer from some kind of mental health problem
                every year, in UK alone.

                          More and more people are finding it hard to cope with stress
                in everyday problems. A big percentage of the population is afflicted
                with compulsive thinking- a mind that is on overdrive, constantly
                thinking of the past or the future, even imagining negative scenarios-
                an activity which is tiring and pointless and can drain you of energy.

                         Most people are unhappy with their living conditions, and
                news from the dailies and telly rarely help as they paint a picture
                of doom and gloom and very rarely show news that are positive.
 
                         So what can people resort to? Some becoming disillusioned
                with life, resort to violence. Some get into unhealthy habits
                which end up becoming addictions. Some are totally lost with
                no plan or direction. Almost everyone will look for solutions
                outside of them.

                           There is a simpler solution and we'd like you to try it.
                 It comes from within...yes, within you.

                            Erma is a fully-qualified and registered Psychotherapist
                 and Hypnotherapist. She trained with Uncommon Knowledge at
                 University of Brighton, largely regarded as one of the best providers
                 of hypnotherapy training in the world. She has also trained in
                 Personal Coaching and Counselling. She has studied various forms
                 of meditation in the past 8 years. Recently she earned a diploma as a
                 Self-Development Workshop Facilitator and as a Teacher in Guided
                 Meditation with Academy of Transpersonal Therapies.

                                    "My approach tackles not just one aspect but all
                        three: the mind, body and spirit. Unlike in most conventional
                        medicine practices, where patients are seen as simply 'organs
                        and limbs', I see the patient, first and foremost as a human
                        being.
                                    When discussing your issue, I take into consideration
                        the connection between mind and body, its influence on each
                        other and how best to benefit from this co-relationship.
 
                                    I believe that everyone has an innate ability to heal
                        themselves and others, most simply have forgotten how to
                        attune to this ability. And this is where I come in. I will simply
                        assist you in accessing that part of you that already knows
                        how to be in harmony. My primary goal is to lead clients to
                        their own path to well-being. My other goal is to empower
                        them, so that they will have the confidence to walk that
